Ryan is an academic copy editor with expertise in qualitative research in music education. With over 15 years of copy editing and editorial board review experience, he is highly proficient in APA 7 and Chicago style guides. Ryan has edited and reviewed material for authors working with Oxford University Press, GIA Publications, Visions of Research in Music Education, and numerous American and international journals/periodicals. He has edited dissertations for doctoral candidates at Teachers College Columbia University, The Juilliard School, and Boston University, and he has served as a Master's Thesis advisor for students at Westminster Choir College of Rider University.
